While surfing pinterest yesterday I came across this lovely infographic! I feel that it simply and accurately conveys information about the Paleo Diet. This would be an awesome addition to the inside of a kitchen cabinet, or a pantry! Share with your non-paleo friends to help them better understand why you have gone back to your roots!
